My name is Xabier and this is Kokohuete bakery
Hello!
I am a Researcher in New Product Development, always curious about how food can be transformed into something new and delicious. My experience working with different processes and technologies has given me a unique perspective on recipes and how they can be created.
I don´t just bake, I experiment. Every recipe is a little trial, a chance to discover something new and share it with you.
What I enjoy most is turning all that technical knowledge into simple, approachable recipes that anyone can re-create at home. For me, baking is about making science delicious and easy – so that every recipe feels doable, fun, and rewarding.
In January 2021, inspired by my passion for experimenting and making baking simpler, I decided to start this project, first on my Instagram account (@kokohuetebakery) and now on this web page.
My objective was (and still is) to create a place to gather all my recipes, unifying my recipe books and sheets with notes. And both you and I can use it at any time and place!
On this website, you will find easy recipes, with everyday ingredients (in most cases), and as simple as possible. In the end, the tastier and easier a recipe is, the more times we will make it!
